Beach Music Extravaganza – Labor Day Weekend on Bald Head Island.
Bald Head Island is truely a hidden gem of the Wilmington NC area. Reachable by boat or ferry it is worth the trip. The weather should be beautiful for this weekends Beach Music Extravaganza. Three fun filled days of music, shagging, Calabash food and beautiful scenery. The Embers ( listen here)  will headline the Friday night show with a Calabash Bash. Saturday there is a Labor Day picnic with Carl Newton and the 5th Avenue Band (listen here). Sunday will be a Texas BBQ Dinner with the Band of Oz.
